Terms of Service
1. This is a digital art commission, no shipping is required.2. I reserve the right to cancel this commission at any time.3. If I cancel a commission, either a full refund or partial refund will be issued. Partial refunds apply when I have completed 50% or more of the commission.4. No refunds will be issued after the service has been completed. I'll keep in contact with my commissioners regularly to make sure I get everything right.5. The client is not allowed to make merchandise with the commission. Commissions cannot be mass produced without speaking to me first and agreeing on licensing terms.6. The client is not allowed to adapt or edit the commission without speaking and getting permission from me first.7. For Vtubers: Recoloring and adding filters in Vtube Studio for redeems and events are allowed. Attaching vtuber assets to your model is allowed.8. For Vtubers and Pngtubers: Models cannot be resold before speaking with me and getting my approval first.9. The client is allowed to use the commission for streaming, posting on social media and as a banner or profile picture.10. As the creator (artist), I have the rights to showcase the commission on my sites and portfolio.11. You must credit me if you are going to use the commission.12. By sending payment you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
